Your cat food will be delivered frozen, keeping it frozen is ESSENTIAL. Think of it like any frozen food, and don’t leave it with a doorman for hours. You can select from one of two 4 hour windows for your delivery:
Tuesday 4 pm to 8 pm and Thursday 8 am to 12 pm.
Please understand that our team members will be strictly advised to never leave food unattended. If a living, breathing human is not available to receive a delivery, the order will be returned to our offices and re-delivered at the client’s expense.
If you request a neighbor/friend/doorman/messenger center to receive your order on your behalf, please understand that it is your responsibility to remind them that it is a fresh frozen, perishable product that needs to be placed in a freezer or at a minimum immediate refrigeration. Once we make the delivery, From Scratch cannot be responsible for items left to spoil. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, we encourage you to contact us immediately. *If these delivery options don't work out for you, we can arrange a messenger for a fee of (appx.) $25. We can have your cat food delivered to your home or office at your conveniece.
